Shake well before use.
Apply 2-3 drops after cleansing avoiding contact with the lip and eye area.
Limit initial use to 1-3 times per week at night.
Increase the amount of times per week as tolerance increases.
Do not apply any other skincare products over the top for the first two weeks.
Use SPF in the morning after use.
Introduce this oil two to three evenings per week and gradually increase usage as tolerance develops. Skin that is tolerant could use retinol every day.

I’ve used other retinol products in the past, but none have had the immediate effect on my skin as this one.
