PROCESSING TIME
The processing time of an order usually takes up to 2 business days. This includes preparing your items, performing quality checks, and packing for shipment.
For any orders placed after 12pm EST, this will be processed on the next working day.
SHIPPING TIME*
The time for your item(s) to travel from our warehouse to your destination. It will normally take 2-3 business days.
Free shipping for all US orders over $150.
*Shipping time is estimated and commences from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order, and can take longer than expected date due to invalid address, customs clearance procedures or other causes.

We may need to check your contact details with your bank before shipping. In this case, we will do everything that we can to ensure a timely delivery of your parcel.
For delivery in countries/regions outside of the EU, we do our best to facilitate customs clearance. However, delivery times may be delayed beyond our will by border control.
Orders posted to countries outside of the UK may be subject to import charges. 111SKIN accepts no responsibility for these. It is the responsibility of the customer to provide necessary documentation and charges as well as liaising with customs in order to ensure accurate delivery.
*NB - We ask that you allow up to 20 working days as on occasion delays can occur. Please note that we are currently not shipping to the following: China, Russia or to any FPO or APO addresses.
