1. Apply the middle Bio-Cellulose layer to clean, dry skin.
2. Wear for 20 minutes.

No. Please allow your skin to heal naturally before applying any sheet mask. This mask is best used post-recovery to strengthen freshly renewed skin.
I received one of these as part of a pack of samples, and it sat in a draw for ages until I got round to using it a week ago. I’m so surprised - I really think my skin is still looking better. Going to invest in a few more.

I liked how this mask made my skin feel after using it and even after a few days, it still looked more refreshed than before using it.
